研究方向
細胞死亡與炎症性疾病
聚焦於病原體(病毒、細菌等)感染引起的細胞程序性壞死及焦亡的調控機製,以及細胞死亡引起的免疫應答和組織損傷研究,以期闡明壞死及焦亡在各種疾病如惡性腫瘤、自身免疫性疾病、神經退行性疾病(阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病等)中發揮功能的作用機理;係統整合生物化學、結構生物學、細胞生物學及小鼠模型等技術和方法,開發基於細胞死亡相關疾病的幹預及治療性藥物。

Cell Death and Immune Response.
We are currently focusing on studying the regulatory mechanism of cell necroptosis and pyroptosis. Also, we are interested in revealing the molecular mechanism of immune responses caused by inflammatory cell death, which involved in various diseases including malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases. We are systematically integrating structural biology, biochemistry, mouse models, and other technologies to develop related interventions and therapeutic drugs based on cell inflammatory necrosis.
個人簡介
男,湖南郴州人。狗万外围充值 教授(二級)、博士生導師。2000年浙江大學生物科學與技術係本科畢業,2003年獲浙江大學生物物理碩士學位,2006年獲狗万外围充值 遺傳學博士學位。2006-2014年先後在美國加州理工學院(Alexander Varshavsky教授)、康奈爾大學醫學院、哈佛大學醫學院/波士頓兒童醫院(Hao Wu教授)從事博士後研究工作。2014年加入万博英超狼队网官方网 ,目前任上海市工業菌株工程研究中心副主任,遺傳工程國家重點實驗室課題組長,狗万外围充值 附屬華山醫院雙聘教授。
科技部國家重點研發計劃“蛋白質機器與生命過程調控”重點專項(2016)及“病原學與防疫技術體係研究”重點專項(2021)首席科學家;入選上海市優秀學術帶頭人(2020),國家海外高層次人才計劃(2015),上海市‘東方學者’特聘教授(2014)。
共在Cell、Immunity、Nat Commun、PNAS、Mol Neurodegener等國際著名期刊上發表SCI論文85篇,通訊作者33篇,他引4000餘次;以第一發明人獲授權發明專利12項。近年來以項目負責人身份主持科技部國家重點研發計劃(2項)、國家自然科學基金(4項)及上海市科委創新項目在內10餘項科研項目。任中國細胞生物學會細胞死亡研究分會常務委員、上海市生物物理學會理事。
