1)多組學驅動的藥物基因組與表型組研究:發現“藥物”個性化反應標誌物與“患者”亞型特異性治療靶點,闡明藥物個性化反應和疾病異質性的分子遺傳學基礎。

個人簡介:

万博英超狼队网官方网 副教授、博士生導師,兼任國際組學大數據質量控製學會(MAQC)中國分會主席、全國生物表型標準化工作組委員兼副秘書長、全國生物計量技術委員會協調工作組成員、中國生物物理學會表型組學分會委員等。

累計發表SCI論文70餘篇,SCI他引3400餘次,h指數28,其中包括以通訊作者發表Nature BiotechnologyGenome BiologyNature Cancer等論文多篇。共同主編《大數據與精準醫學》一書。

2009年博士畢業於中國藥科大學。20097-20162月在狗万外围充值 藥學院擔任講師,20162月加入万博英超狼队网官方网 人類遺傳學與人類學係,20172月晉升副教授。


Dr. Yuanting Zheng is an associate professor at the School of Life Sciences of Fudan University. She is the president of the China chapter of the international Massive Analysis and Quality Control (MAQC) Society. Her research focuses on reference materials for multiomics quality control, aiming to empower multiomics for discovery of biomarker and therapeutic targets. She has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers in genomics and clinical pharmacology, such as Nature Biotechnology, Genome Biology, and Nature Cancer.

Dr. Yuanting Zheng received her PhD in clinical pharmacology from China Pharmaceutical University (2019), and worked in School of Pharmacology (2019-2016) and School of Life Sciences (2016-now) of Fudan University.
